ECDV 2025 Symposium proposal submission. Informing Violence Prevention and Mitigation Pathways: A Complex Systems Approach
I have presented my work at two international peer-reviewed conferences, European Domestic Violence Conference 2021 (virtual); and the International Conference on Complex Systems, Brazil, Oct 2023 (in-person).
I have connected with three internationally respected complex systems experts: Prof Hiroki Sayama (New York State University); and Prof Gerald Midgley (University of Hull), Prof Chris Bonnell (London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine) who act as ‘critical friends’ as part of the VISION Consortium. I am part of a fledgling Complexity and Ethics group as part of the International Complex Systems Society, with colleagues from Austria, Brazil, Colombia, US, UK, and Portugal.
